Overview:
Our refund and cancellation policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for cancellation, you must not have enrolled in any courses.
Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and downloadable files and documents.
To cancel, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. You can request cancellation from your dashboard by navigating to Orders and Subscriptions. You also need to notify us via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds:
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, we will process it, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days. We deduct 25% of the payment in case of a refund. (Only Annual Subscription is Eligible for Refund)
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account and credit card statements. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you still have not received your refund after checking your statements, please contact your credit card company and bank.
If you have completed all of the above steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.
