Vigneshwaran Madhavan is the mastermind behind the inception of Protocol Enterprises, which began as a cell phone repair service center back in 2008, when he was just 15 years old. With his intuitive understanding of technology, he predicted the future of laptops and began offering laptop services at the tender age of 17. After completing his B.E. in ECE, he partnered with Mahesh Ravi, who had also expertise in Laptop Service, CCTV and security system services, to create Protocol Enterprises, a one-stop service center for laptop, desktop, smartphone, and printer repairs. Vigneshwaran’s vast knowledge and experience in the industry were further enriched by his tenure as a VP in an IoT-based startup and a commercial CCTV technology service company.

After a successful first year, they expanded their business by opening a 1000 sqft service center in the heart of Kelambakkam. Soon after, they registered as a private limited company, now known as Protocal Electronics Pvt Ltd. They also opened another successful showroom in Navalur OMR, the IT hub of Tamil Nadu, and proudly served over 20,000+ customers and 100+ companies in the South Chennai region.

But their commitment doesn’t end there. We believe in sharing our knowledge and expertise with aspiring engineers and technicians to help them earn and grow their careers with dignity. We understand the plight of thousands of skilled workers in India who are working in underemployed jobs. That’s why we launched Learntronics, an initiative aimed at spreading our knowledge to those who are interested and enabling them to become successful businessmen and reputed freelancers, thereby helping customers worldwide.
